Martin Perez has been an integral part of Seacrest at Home since its inception in 2013. With over a decade of experience in management, hands-on caregiving, memory care, and skilled nursing, Martin is dedicated to leading a compassionate and growing team of more than 50 staff members. His leadership ensures that Seacrest at Home continues to provide exceptional care and support to the community.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and pets. A true automotive enthusiast, he also dedicates his free time to working on his Corvette and taking it to the racetrack.
Kimberly Arenas has been part of the Seacrest Village family since 2019 and joined Seacrest at Home in 2022. With over six years of hands-on experience as a caregiver and med tech, Kimberly brings compassion, expertise, and strong leadership to our team. She works closely with Martin to support our dedicated caregivers and ensure high-quality, personalized care for every client.
In her time with Seacrest at Home, Kimberly played a key role in developing and leading our exclusive in-house caregiver program, which offers flexible support in as little as 30-minute increments. She also trained many of our current staff, helping lay the foundation for the program’s continued success - now available seven days a week.
Outside of work, Kimberly is a proud wife and full-time mom. She also runs a catering business with her husband and enjoys playing soccer and cheering on the Padres in her free time.
